Newton House has 9 en-suite bedrooms, comprising 6 double-bedded rooms; 1 twin-bedded room; 1 Family (3-person) room; and 1 Family (4-person) room.

Guests' Lounge                                         

Quiet Lounge (without TV) for Guests' use: reading, relaxing chatting and occasional meetings. It contains easy chairs, local newspapers and magazines and a variety of paintings and ornaments. A small selection of books and family board games are also available, on request.

                                Dining Room                               

Breakfast is served in the Guests' Dining Room. This bright room is pleasantly decorated with many ornaments and pictures on display, for your enjoyment. Tables are set with the Guests' room numbers and breakfast menus are available. There is a side table with cereals, orange juice, milk, grapefruit, fresh fruits, butter etc., from which you may serve yourself. Coffee/tea, toast  and the full English cooked breakfast is served at your table. (Continental or vegetarian alternatives are available by request).

Entrance Lobby

The Entrance Lobby, just inside the main front door, houses information and many brochures about the attractions in the area and coach and taxi companies offering services. There are also posters displayed of  local events, theatre performances and a town map.

Main Reception Lobby              

Guests' initial reception and registration takes place in the Main Reception Lobby. The tariff and occasional information notices are displayed here. It also houses telephone directories, books and board games, for guests use.

Broadband Internet connection can be made available if required,  at a small hourly (or daily ) charge. (However, we do not supply computers for this, so you should have your own computer.)
